Job summary

Valley Hope of Wichita seeks an Assistant Clinical Program Director to lead clinical staff within an outpatient addiction treatment setting. The role includes direct therapy, supervision of clinicians, and coordinating training and on-call coverage.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in behavioral sciences or social work, is KS-licensed (LCPC/LSCSW/LCAC/LCMFT), has 2+ years of relevant experience, CPR/First Aid, and a valid license. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or social work required.
• Must be licensed as LCPC, LSCSW, LCAC, or LCMFT in Kansas.
• At least two years of behavioral health counseling or case management experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care including individual and group therapy as needed.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of clinical staff per policies and standards.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance reviews of staff.
• Assist Clinical Program Director with chart reviews and observed sessions.
• Coordinate on-call scheduling, PTO, psychoeducation, and coverage.
• Develop training programs and supervise clinical department training.
• Gather data, generate reports, and support quarterly department meetings.
• Support facility compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory bodies.
