All Metro Health Care - Mount Vernon is seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager who brings leadership, drive, and heart to support the Clinical Manager, supervise field staff, and help ensure safe, high-quality home care for clients.

Based in Mount Vernon, NY, the role oversees daily clinical operations, scheduling, staff hiring/training, on-site home visits, and collaboration with physicians to improve patient outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active NYS RN license required.
• At least 3+ years RN experience in home care.
• 1+ year leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical operations and ensure adherence to standards and protocols.
• Support the Clinical Manager and take oversight in their absence.
• Oversee supervision visits for patients, staff, and aides.
• Supervise hiring, training, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.
• Conduct on-site assessments and teaching visits in patients' homes.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor clinical metrics and drive improvements.
• Lead caregiver education and state-compliant training.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Lead team scheduling including on-call rotations.

Assistant Clinical Manager – Home Care

Pay: $110,000 - $120,000, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Office Location: 6 Gramatan Ave. #300 Mt. Vernon, NY 10550

All Metro Health Care - Mount Vernon is seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager who brings a powerful mix of leadership, drive, and heart. You’ll partner closely with the Clinical Manager, support your team in the field, and help ensure our clients receive safe, high-quality care at home.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily clinical operations and ensure adherence to standards and protocols
• Support the Clinical Manager/Director of Patient Services and take clinical oversight in their absence
• Oversee supervision visits for patients, clinical staff, and aides
• Supervise and support clinical staff including hiring, training, and evaluations
• Conduct on-site assessments, supervisory, and teaching visits in patients’ homes
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor clinical metrics and implement improvements
• Conduct caregiver education, competency assessments, and state-compliant certification/training
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Lead team scheduling including on-call rotations
• Assist with visits, UAS assessments, team meetings, and support aide compliance initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Active NYS RN license
• At least 1+ years experience in home care required, leadership role a plus!
• At least 3+ years of RN experience
• CPR certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and EHR systems
• A passion for patient-centered care and continuous improvement
• The ability to lead through change, coach talent, and drive performance
