Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit, MI, is seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care within the department.

You will support the Director/Nurse Manager by managing budgets, driving quality improvement, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining a positive work environment for the team. This role requires a BSN, 2 years RN experience, and Michigan RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Two years of RN experience required.
• Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
• BCLS/ACLS certification per unit standards.
• Certifications appropriate for the specific unit.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department.
• Assist in development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets and quality improvement programs.
• Ensure staffing levels meet patient care needs and organizational goals.
• Support establishment and achievement of department goals and objectives.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and adherence to policies.
