Job summary

Henry Ford Hospital is seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager to oversee clinical and managerial functions within the department. Under the supervision of the Director/Nurse Manager, you will plan, organize, and direct patient care services while supporting budgets, quality programs, staffing, and compliance.

The role requires a BSN, at least two years of RN experience, and active Michigan RN license. Full-time, 40 hours/week with variable shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• BSN required for the role.
• Two years RN experience minimum.
• Current RN license in Michigan.
• BCLS/ACLS per unit's standard.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.

• Under the supervision of the Director / Nurse Manager, the Assistant Clinical Manager assumes both a clinical and management role.
• This position is responsible to plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department.
• The Assistant Clinical Manager is to assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets, quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals, objectives, regulatory compliance, and policies within the department.
• Also the Assistant Clinical Manager is to assist in the evaluation and discipline of personnel.

Position: 40 hours per week

Shift: Variable Shifts

Every other weekend and Holiday Rotations
