Henry Ford Health in Detroit, MI is seeking an RN Assistant Clinical Manager for Med Surg 2 South. Under the supervision of the Director/Nurse Manager, you will balance clinical leadership and department management to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

You will help plan, direct and monitor patient care services, participate in budgeting, quality improvement, staffing, and policy development, and assist in evaluating personnel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Two years RN experience.
• Current RN license in Michigan.
• BCLS/ACLS per unit's standard.
• Certifications appropriate for specific unit.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize and direct the provision of patient care services within the department.
• Assist in development, implementation and monitoring of budgets, quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals and policies.

Job Description

RN Assistant Clinical Manager - Med Surg 2 South Department

• Department: Med Surg
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 40 hours/week - noon - 10:30pm - Friday and weekend requirements in the near future

Under the supervision of the Director / Nurse Manager, the Assistant Clinical Manager assumes both a clinical and management role. This position is responsible to plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department. The Assistant Clinical Manager is to assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets, quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals, objectives, regulatory compliance, and policies within the department. Also the Assistant Clinical Manager is to assist in the evaluation and discipline of personnel.
