Job summary

All Metro Health Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager to lead daily clinical operations in Mount Vernon, NY. The role requires RN licensure and leadership experience, with oversight in the absence of the Clinical Manager.

You will coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, supervise staff, and drive performance through metrics and education while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience, including 1+ years in community health.
• CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead through change and coach talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical operations and ensure adherence to standards and protocols.
• Support the Clinical Manager/Director of Patient Services and take clinical oversight in their absence.
• Oversee supervision visits for patients, clinical staff, and aides.
• Supervise and support clinical staff including hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Conduct on-site assessments, supervisory, and teaching visits in patients’ homes.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor clinical metrics and implement improvements.
• Conduct caregiver education, competency assessments, and state-compliant certification/training.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Lead team scheduling including on-call rotations.
• Assist with visits, UAS assessments, team meetings, and support aide compliance initiatives.

• Pay:$105,000 to $115,000 based on experience
• Schedule:M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM
