Are you an experienced RN or Paramedic with strong leadership skills? Join our team as an Assistant Clinic Director, where you'll play a crucial role in managing our outpatient IV therapy clinic, ensuring top‑notch care for our clients, and supporting the Clinic Director in all aspects of clinic operations.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Clinic Director with daily clinical operations.
• Perform IV starts, administer fluids/nutrient infusions, and monitor clients.
• Ensure a safe, high‑quality, and welcoming patient experience.
• Document treatments accurately in the EMR.
• Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance support.
• Help maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulations.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented clinic culture.
• Stay updated on the latest nutrition infusion therapies and share knowledge with the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license or Paramedic certification.
• 2+ years IV infusion or vascular access experience (required).
• Strong IV skills (including difficult starts).
• Leadership mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable educating clients and answering questions.
• Interest in holistic, preventative, or functional medicine.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds assisted.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for extended periods.
• Strong critical thinking, numeric, and communication skills.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8–10 hour shifts, with occasional weekends required.
