Job summary

First American Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Client Service Representative for our Pittsfield, MA office. This in-person role supports client insurance plans and contributes to a collaborative team focused on service excellence.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, handling billing questions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate files. Prior experience in insurance or Applied EPIC is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
• A high energy, outgoing personality, with excellent communication and technology skills.
• College degree preferred.
• Insurance service or sales experience.
• Experience using Applied EPIC.
• Experience with RMV procedures and/or EVR.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, answer and direct phone calls.
• Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing.
• Participate in our proactive account renewal process.
• Ensure that all account files are properly documented within our management system.
• Claim intake, reporting and follow up.
• Issue insurance binders and Registry documentation, to include processing EVR transactions.
• Input client-initiated policy changes.
• Collaborate and engage with all our team members to provide superior customer service.

We have an opportunity for a full-time or part-time Assistant Client Service Representative in-person position at our Pittsfield Office to assist and help manage the insurance plans of our clients.
