Job summary

First American Insurance Agency in Western Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Client Service Representative for our Brimfield office. This in-person role supports clients with billing questions, policy changes, and account inquiries while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
• Experience with Applied EPIC and RMV/EVR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, answer and direct phone calls.
• Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing.
• Participate in the proactive account renewal process.
• Ensure that all account files are properly documented within our management system.
• Claim intake, reporting and follow up.
• Issue insurance binders and Registry documentation, to include processing EVR transactions.
• Input client-initiated policy changes.
• Collaborate and engage with all team members to provide superior customer service.

• Insurance service or sales experience.
• Experience using Applied EPIC.
