Job summary

Koppinger & Associates is seeking an Assistant Client Manager in Michigan to help service commercial insurance accounts and support Client Managers. The role offers mentorship, hands-on training, and a clear path toward advancing to a Client Manager position within a growing agency.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues, manage client relationships, and learn policy changes, renewals, and documentation while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license is required.
• Life and Health license preferred.
• 3+ years of insurance customer service experience.
• Independent Insurance agency experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology and working across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Managers in servicing commercial insurance accounts
• Build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
