Job summary

The City of Wilsonville is seeking two experienced Assistant City Managers to join the City Manager’s Office. Working with the City Manager, they will lead a portfolio spanning Development and Infrastructure and Community Services and Administration, guiding departments, programs, and initiatives to deliver high‑quality services to residents and businesses.

They will advise, collaborate across the organization, and ensure continuity of operations and emergency preparedness.

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressively responsible administrative experience in government management.
• Three years of supervisory experience of professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead across assigned portfolios: Development and Infrastructure and Community Services and Administration.
• Provide executive leadership and act as trusted advisor to City Manager.
• Translate council priorities into coordinated actions for cohesive service delivery.
• Support emergency preparedness and continuity of operations.
