• Education: Graduation from a four-year college or university with major course work in Public Administration or a related field.
• A graduate or advanced degree is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support executive management initiatives and high-performing teams.
• Develop and direct goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards; manage budgets.
• Provide staff development, performance evaluation, and policy guidance.
• Represent the City in meetings with Council, boards, agencies, developers, and the public.
• Engage in regional associations and cross-departmental projects; support city initiatives.
