Primrose School of Surprise is seeking an Assistant Childcare Director to lead daily operations, mentor teachers and support enrollment goals. You’ll help create a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment where children and staff can thrive.

As Assistant Director you’ll partner with the Director to ensure high-quality Balanced Learning implementation, manage staff schedules, and promote a warm, family-friendly culture across the campus.

Responsabilités

• Managing operation of the school in the Director’s absence
• Assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment
• Assisting the Director in ensuring effective cost control
• Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
• Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety
