Qualifikationen

• Must be Director Qualified and meet all state requirements for this position.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience and 2 years of classroom teaching in an accredited early childcare facility.
• Pleasant demeanor and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills; maintain composure under stress.
• Strong organizational skills; multi-tasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly professional and dependable.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and internet.
• Prior professional experience preferred.
• Philosophy that puts children first.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

• Provides recognition and clear expectations for children's behavior.
• Attends required staff events and meetings.
• Maintains professional appearance and conduct per Employee Handbook.
• Develops and maintains positive staff relationships and parent partnerships.
• Trains new staff per Primrose standards.
• Able to perform all essential functions for roles within the school.
• Develops programs involving parents and community in school activities.
• Conducts tours and discusses programs with children and parents.
• Assists Director with management of school, campus environment, and marketing.
• Aims for maximum enrollment and cost management.
• Assumes responsibility to manage operation in Director's absence.
