Qualifikationen

• Minimum six years of progressively responsible fire service experience.
• Two years of supervisory or leadership experience involving personnel management or operational oversight.
• Experience developing or administering safety, health, compliance, risk management, or emergency response programs preferred.

Aufgaben

• Administer health, safety, and wellness programs for personnel.
• Coordinate health maintenance to improve readiness and performance.
• Serve as primary Incident Safety Officer per NFPA 1521 and department standards.
• Participate in Incident Management System as a command staff member during emergencies.
• Monitor incidents and assess hazards to recommend risk mitigation.
