PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Golden is seeking an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to lead nursing services, ensure safe operations, and align staffing with patient care goals. The role emphasizes staff development, policy implementation, and collaboration with administration.

Ideal candidates hold RN licensure in good standing, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years of clinical nursing with 3+ years in nursing leadership. BLS and ACLS are mandatory; specialty certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must possess RN licensure in good standing in the state where the hospital resides.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience and three (3) years nursing management experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in a specified field (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of the nursing unit(s) and hospitals.
• Direct all nursing service activities for the hospital assigned; manage staffing and ratios.
• Serve as liaison between staff and administration; promote productivity and staff development.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing services in compliance with PAM Health system policies and accreditation standards.
