Based on expansive grounds along the Gulf Coast, the role offers leadership, renovation projects, and a path to advance within luxury hospitality engineering. The position emphasizes safety, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising engineering/maintenance teams in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• Experience with digital preventive maintenance systems and work-orders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Engineer in overseeing daily engineering and maintenance operations.
• Assist in leading, training, mentoring, and onboarding engineering staff.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance, work orders, inspections, and repairs.
