The ideal candidate has a strong maintenance background with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration expertise.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; trades/technical schooling preferred.
  • 3+ years building maintenance or engineering experience.
  • Hotel/resort engineering preferred but not required.
  • EPA certification and driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist daily operations of Engineering & Maintenance.
  • Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration.
  • Repair boilers, hot water systems, kitchens, ice machines, water treatment, generators.
  • Maintain logs, inspect equipment, and manage work orders.
  • Follow safety rules, LOTO procedures, and life-safety regulations.
  • Provide supervisor support and communicate priorities.

This role will assist with maintaining all hotel buildings, equipment, and mechanical systems while ensuring a safe, efficient, and exceptional guest experience.The ideal candidate will have a strong maintenance background with experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and general building maintenance. Hotel engineering experience is preferred but not required.
