AMG Specialty Hospital – Muncie Campus is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Chief Clinical Officer (ACCO), Registered Nurse, RN. The ACCO will be a member of the administrative team, participating in decision-making, policy development, and hospital planning and operations. The role supports management of nursing education practices, quality, risk management, and performance improvement. The ACCO must have knowledge of current nursing care theories and strategies, as well as leadership, management, and performance improvement concepts. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve nursing care.
