United Talent Staffing is currently hiring an Assistant Chef in the Hiram, GA area!

Job Duties:

• Support the Head Chef in menu development, recipe execution, and food presentation
• Assist in kitchen setup, ensuring tools, ingredients, and equipment are ready for seamless operations
• Prepare and cook dishes with precision, maintaining consistency and quality standards
• Supervise and collaborate with kitchen staff, promoting a team-oriented atmosphere
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and efficient supply management
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness, adhering to industry regulations and best practices

Pay and Shift:

Shift: Flexible 40-hour scheduling; Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed
Pay: $15 per hour

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef, Cook, or Assistant Chef in a professional kitchen
• Culinary school certification preferred but not required
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavor pairing, and food presentation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork, organization, and time management skills
