HairClub is seeking an Assistant Center Manager in Phoenix to support the center manager in growing revenue, enhancing client experience, and driving profitability. You will engage clients, understand their needs, and guide them through hair loss solutions to boost confidence.

This role goes beyond sales, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives while growing with HairClub through service excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least one year of management or administrative experience is required.
• Relevant sales and long-term client relationship experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and team-leading skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong and collaborative relationships with clients.
• Ensure collection of monthly client fees.
• Ensure successful conversions/ renewals, membership changes, and add-on sales.
• Facilitate new client protocol and manage client benefits usage.
• Provide sales backup while complying with business rules and standards.
• Perform duties such as center organization, payroll processing, performance management, supervising, and employee training.
