European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager in Hialeah, FL to oversee daily operations at our location. You will lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, drive sales, manage guest satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced beauty environment.

The role emphasizes team leadership, achieving sales goals, and delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on growth and KPI awareness.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background).
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Job Summary

As an Assistant Center Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location.

You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
