European Wax Center in Miami is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations at our in-person location. You will lead a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

This role requires strong leadership, a passion for beauty, and a track record of exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background).
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen.
