Job summary

European Wax Center in Miramar, FL is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a guest-focused team of service associates and licensed wax specialists, and drive sales, memberships, and guest retention.

This full-time, in-person role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and brand standards; you will coach staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background).
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Growth mindset is key!

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen
