European Wax Center in Hollywood, FL is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists. You will drive sales, grow memberships, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards and health/safety compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and a strong customer-service mindset with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Growth mindset is key!

As an Assistant Center Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
