KinderCare Learning Companies seeks an Assistant Center Director to help lead our centers with our world-class curriculum and dedicated teaching staff. You will educate parents and staff on the value of early childhood education and help make that value come to life for children in the center.

Qualifications

• Two years of early childhood education experience required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and partners.
• May serve in various roles within the center as needed (teacher, cook, driver).
