Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Peachtree City, GA is seeking an Assistant Center Director to support the Center Director in leading teaching staff, families, and achieving enrollment and accreditation goals. You'll collaborate with parents and partners to provide the best care and education for children.

You'll take on various roles as needed and work with a passionate team within KinderCare's curriculum and standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of early childhood education experience required.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Serve in various roles at the center as needed, including teacher, cook, and/or driver.
