KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director to help lead our centers, support families, and drive enrollment and accreditation goals. The role focuses on collaboration with parents, teachers, and licensing authorities to ensure high-quality care and education.

Successful candidates will have at least two years of early childhood education experience, strong administrative and communication skills, and a willingness to meet state guidelines.

• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff and supporting families to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and operational goals.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
• Serve in various roles within the center as needed, including teaching, cooking, or driving.
