KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director to help lead our early childhood centers and support families, teachers, and leaders in delivering high-quality care and education.

In this role, you will work alongside the Center Director to drive enrollment, accreditation, and operational success, while collaborating with parents, licensing authorities, and partners to create positive outcomes for children and communities.

Qualifications

• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Serve in various roles throughout the center as needed, including teacher, cook, and/or driver.
