Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director to support the Center Director in leading staff, families, enrollment, accreditation, and daily operations. You will partner with parents to deliver the best care and education for children while fostering strong relationships with licensing authorities and community partners.

You may serve in various roles within the center as needed, including teaching, cooking, or driving, ensuring a high standard of care and education

Qualifications

• Strong administrative, organizational, verbal and written communication skills are required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role and be able to lift 40 pounds and assist in multiple center roles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, families, enrollments, accreditation, and operations.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
• Serve in various roles at the center as needed, including teacher, cook, and/or driver.
