Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC is seeking an Assistant Center Director to support the Center Director in leading teaching staff, families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives. You will partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children, while building relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.

They will also cover multiple roles within the center as needed, including teacher, cook, or driver, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Two years of early childhood education experience required, with an understanding of developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
