Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring an Assistant Center Director to support the Center Director in guiding teaching staff and families. You will help achieve enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives while collaborating with parents, licensing authorities, and community partners.

You may serve in multiple roles at the center as needed, including teacher, cook, or driver, while upholding KinderCare’s curriculum and standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of early childhood education experience required.
• Strong administrative and communication skills are essential.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Comply with state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physical ability to lift to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to read, write, speak English with children and parents.
• Indicate if you require reasonable accommodation.
