Mathnasium of Hollister is seeking an Assistant Center Director who will support the Center Director, respond to leads, enroll students, and help families track progress.

• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred.
• Passion for math and working with students.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and developing customized plans.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement during instructional sessions.
