Job summary

Mathnasium is looking for an Assistant Center Director to lead and grow in math education. This full-time role partners with the Center Director to build a high-energy team, drive student success, and achieve center goals.

No prior management experience is required—our training covers it all. You will help supervise curriculum, staff, and parent communications while receiving comprehensive benefits and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry+ a plus).
• Full-time availability (M-Th, F/Sa flexible within 30–35 hrs).
• Passion for kids/teams; customer-focused leader.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents (email/text).
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless ops during Director absences.
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements.
