Mathnasium (Operated by Team Lossing) seeks an Assistant Center Director to lead and grow a high-energy math education center. You will partner with the Center Director to develop a strong team, drive student success, and meet center goals through strategic oversight of tutoring, staffing, and parent communications.

• Math skills through Algebra I; Geometry optional.
• Full-time availability (M-Th, Fri/Sat flexible within 30–35 hrs).
• Passion for kids and leading teams; customer-focused leader.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents (email/text).
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless ops during Director absences.
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements.
