Mathnasium LLC, the #1 math tutoring center with 1,000+ locations, seeks an Assistant Center Director to partner with the Center Director to lead a high-energy team, drive student success, and hit center goals.

No management experience? We train you to lead and advance quickly. This full-time role offers leadership training, curriculum oversight, parent communication, and a path to Center Director, with 30-35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry+ a plus)
• Full-time availability (M-Th, F/Sa flexible within 30-35 hrs)
• Pass background check

Responsibilities

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents (email/text)
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless ops during Director absences
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements
