Mathnasium is seeking an Assistant Center Director in Allen, TX to partner with the Center Director, build a high-energy team, drive student success, and meet center goals. You will oversee tutoring plans, communicate with parents, and help manage daily operations.

No prior management experience is required; the company provides comprehensive training to lead and advance. This full-time role offers growth toward Center Director, plus benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry+ a plus).
• Full-time availability (Mon-Thu, Fri/Sat flexible within 30-35 hrs).
• Passion for kids/teams; customer-focused leader.

• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless ops during Director absences.
