The role offers full-time hours, on-site work, and a path to Center Director through paid leadership training, with a focus on impactful tutoring and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry+ a plus)
• Full-time availability (M-Th, F/Sa flexible within 30–35 hrs)
• Passion for kids/teams; customer-focused leader
• Pass background check

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents (email/text)
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless ops during Director absences
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements
