Job summary

Mathnasium in Blue Ash, OH seeks an Assistant Center Director to lead and grow a math education center. You will partner with the Center Director to build a high-energy team, drive student success, and hit center goals, while receiving paid leadership training and a clear career path.

The role oversees curriculum, parent communications, and tutor performance, with full tools and resources provided. This is a full-time position with 30–35 hours per week across Mon–Sat.

Qualifications

• Algebra I math skills required (Geometry a plus).
• Full-time availability: Mon-Thu, Fri/Sat flexible within 30–35 hours.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents (email/text).
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless operations during Director absences.
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements.
