Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Director to help lead our centers with a focus on enrollment, accreditation, and day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the Center Director to support teachers, families, and children in a dynamic, caring environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience required.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Serve in various roles as needed, including teacher, cook, and/or driver.
