Job summary

KinderCare Center is seeking a versatile team member to assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives. You will partner with parents, build positive relationships with families and staff, and may serve in multiple center roles.

A minimum of two years in early childhood education and CPR/First Aid certification are required or willingness to obtain; English communication and the ability to lift 40

Qualifications

• Two years of early childhood education experience.
• Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff and supporting families.
• Help achieve enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Serve in various roles throughout the center as needed, including teacher, cook, and/or driver.
