Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring an Assistant Center Director to help lead our centers with a world-class curriculum and dedicated teaching staff. You'll support enrollment, accreditation, and daily operations while partnering with parents to deliver high-quality care and education for children.

You will work closely with the Center Director, taking on multiple roles as needed, and ensuring compliance with state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in early childhood education, with developmentally appropriate practices.
• Strong administrative, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff and achieving enrollment and operational goals.
• Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and partners.
• Serve in roles within the center as needed, including teacher, cook, or driver.
