Job summary

KidStrong is seeking an Assistant General Manager at the Coral Springs center to lead and partner with the General Manager in driving learning culture, coaching excellence, and business results. The role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences for kids and families while supervising operations, sales activities, and staff development.

You will work on center KPIs, staff performance, and event coordination, with 4 weekdays plus one weekend shift, and a compensation of $45,000–$55,000 per

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with experience working with children from crawling to 11 years old.
• Achieve Coach Certification through the HQ Training and Certification team.
• Complete training through LearnUpon as required by HQ Training and Certification.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Understand the center’s key KPIs and financials to make informed decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with KidStrong families to provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee center initiatives such as maintenance, training and brand consistency.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance of the center.
• Sell and schedule events such as camps and parties to maximize profitability.
• Foster coaching culture and evaluate coaches; support onboarding and staff development.
