- Support the Captain in delivering a smooth, polished dining experience.
- Greet guests courteously and professionally.
- Explain menu items, specials, and promotions to guests.
- Take and enter cocktail and dessert orders accurately into the POS.
- Repeat orders to guests to ensure clarity.
- Deliver items promptly with appropriate accompaniments.
- Monitor tables for guest needs and escalate concerns as needed.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
