Job summary

Fox Factory Holding Corp. is seeking an detail-oriented Purchasing Support role to assist Buyers with reports, data management, and supplier coordination. You will help ensure timely purchases, accurate PO processing, and inventory distribution across multiple suppliers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1+ years of Purchasing experience preferred; Oracle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Purchasing Manager informed of all activities or problems and submit reports as requested by management.
• Research, evaluate and purchase products.
• Ensure suppliers can fulfill product requirements on time while maintaining quality.
• Place orders and ensure inventory is properly distributed.
• Prepare purchase orders or other agreements and check for accuracy.
• Review acknowledgements for agreement with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies with supplier.
• Follow-up or expedite orders to meet schedules.
• Answer vendor questions and provide order documentation as needed.
• Develop an efficient system for monitoring all open purchase orders.
• Work with inventory management to ensure deliveries satisfy purchase orders and report missing products.
• Organize and implement sourcing strategies consistent with company guidelines.
