Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Buyer for the Pottery Barn brand in San Francisco. You will support the Buyer with seasonal needs, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role is onsite Monday-Thursday with a remote option on Friday, offering exposure to analytics, pricing, and merchandising while contributing to seasonal floor sets and assortments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail buying experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint); pivot tables and VLOOKUP experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain all SKUs in Merchandise systems.
• Maintain visual line and merchandise list.
• Pass new SKUs for placement and track PO due dates.
