Qualifications

• Brewing experience at multiple levels is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; brewing degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn brewing processes starting in the cellar and perform basic sanitary tasks.
• Assist in wort production including receiving, milling, mashing, boiling, and transfer.
• Support cellar activities including CIP/SIP, yeast handling, and filtration.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
• Assist in DO, CIP verification, pH and gravity measurements.
• Participate in safety walks and implement corrective actions.
