Job summary

FleetPride seeks an operations-support professional to assist the branch manager in daily branch activities, enhance sales profitability, and control expenses. You will support counter sales, warehouse, and delivery staff while ensuring accuracy of orders and compliance with procedures.

You will contribute to staffing plans, performance reviews, and process improvements, enabling smooth branch operations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in heavy duty truck parts industry with progressive responsibilities.
• Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring processes and supervise staff in counter sales, warehouse, delivery, and other roles.
• Review work and ensure tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.
• Plan work schedules and maintain staffing levels to handle fluctuations in workload.
• Communicate procedures and ensure adherence to updated methods.
• Assist Branch Manager in evaluating employee performance and setting development goals.
• Oversee inventory and order processing to maintain accuracy (100%).
• Open invoices and POs; monitor preventive maintenance for equipment.
