Job summary

1st Franklin Financial Corporation is seeking a Sr. Loan Sales Representative to work on-site at the North Austin branch. The role emphasizes customer service, relationship building, and knowledge of bank products to meet customer needs.

The Sr. LSR will interview customers professionally to drive sales, collaborate with the Branch Manager, and adhere to regulatory requirements while delivering excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years previous Customer Service experience.
• Must work onsite at the branch; working from home is not permitted.
• Ability to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment.
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across varied social and business settings.
• Maintain confidential business and personal information.
• Action and result focused.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile.

• Consistently meets or exceeds branch and individual goals.
• Conducts dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Builds internal and external relationships.

• Adheres to all 1FFC policies and procedures dialogues.
• Complies with all State and Federal regulations.

This position works closely with the Branch Manager and staff to build relationships and identify the needs of customers. The Sr. Loan Sales Representative is knowledgeable of features of products and services to drive that exceptional customer experience. The Sr. LSR interviews customers utilizing professionalism, patience, curiosity, and a results-oriented manner.
