Job summary

Heights Finance Corporation is seeking a proactive Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and leading daily operations at our Pelham location.

You will guide loan processing, ensure compliance, address delinquency issues, and mentor team members while pursuing personal and professional development within the Attain Finance family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 1–2 years in consumer finance, lending, or banking preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; willingness to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in leading daily operations and delivering excellent service.
• Assist with loan processing, new applications, refinancings, and compliance.
• Address delinquency concerns with empathy and appropriate action.
• Lead by example in customer service and sales to meet branch goals.
• Coach and train team members; foster a collaborative work environment.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to support succession plans.
